The shell game has evolved a lot over the years, and while it used to be played with a walnut shell, today, people use a variety of cups to hide a ball, coin, or something else of a small size. In Thimbles, you get to play this game as an online slot. The game has fun mechanics, but does still involves a lot of risk and luck. Our review will shed some light on important elements you should understand if you want to give the game a try.
Thimbles is a unique take on online casino games. The game hides one or two gems underneath a set of three buckets. It is then your job to follow the trial and see where the bucket with the gem lands. Lift up an empty bucket, and you lose your bet. However, hit the gem, and you win. The game isnβt as lucrative as other slots. The maximum you can win is 2.88 times your bet. However, if youβre skilled at this kind of game, you could end up winning quite a lot in the process. A 96% RTP in Thimbles is definitely good. However, apart from this, the developer, known as Evoplay, doesnβt share other technical details, such as the slotβs volatility.
Due to the simplistic design of Thimbles, there arenβt any bonuses, such as free spins, that you can trigger. The game still features two different difficulty modes, and youβre able to easily switch between them based on how easy (or hard) you want the game to be. The harder mode will, of course, give you access to a higher multiplier if you win.
There arenβt any symbols that you have to match as you would expect from a classic slot. The game works quite differently if youβre used to playing traditional online slots. Instead, youβll notice that there are buckets and pink gemstones. These are the only actual icons that youβll see in the game.
This game is incredibly simple to play, but youβll find that itβs not as easy as it looks. Once the game loads, youβll see three buckets in front of you. The buckets are upside down, and one of them hides a pink gem. The buckets will then start to shuffle, and while the process starts out slow, it quickly speeds up, making it quite difficult to know where the pink gem is. You have to guess which bucket holds the ball, and if youβre right, you win.
Since the game plays quite differently from your classic online slot, itβs a good idea to play a demo and get the hang of the game before you decide to bet real money. You can simply visit the developerβs website and click on βPlay Now.β The demo comes in desktop and mobile formats.
A 96% RTP in Thimbles gives you a fair chance to win. However, the max win in the game is actually quite low when you compare it to some of the other casino titles you can play online.
The RTP of the Thimbles slot is 96%.
Unfortunately No, but the game still features two different difficulty modes, and youβre able to easily switch between them based on how easy (or hard) you want the game to be. The harder mode will, of course, give you access to a higher multiplier if you win.
